External Whistleblowing/Vigil Mechanism
Introduction
Indo Nissin Foods Private Limited is committed to the highest standards of integrity and transparency and as a consequence of the same has introduced this whistleblower mechanism which enables the company’s stakeholders to raise concerns about malpractices in the company, while being protected from retaliation, victimization, or dismissal.
Applicability
These guidelines are applicable to and for all members and individuals associated with the organization, including employees, directors, auditors, consultants, contractors, vendors, and partners.
What Can Be Reported?
The policy must cover, but not be limited to, actual or suspected incidents of:
- Financial irregularities, fraudulent activities, corruption or bribery
- Harassment or abuse of authority
- Violation of laws, regulations, any/all company policy(ies)
- Data privacy breaches
- Conflict of interest and/or related party transactions
- Unethical or improper conduct

Confidentiality, Anonymity & Protection
- All complaints will be handled with strict confidentiality by a 3rd Party
- Only the content of the complaint/whistleblowing will be shared with Indo Nissin
- Identity details of the complainant/whistleblower will not be made available to Indo Nissin
Example
A Person informs regarding a procedural irregularity or a corruption practice through the 3rd party helpline then the 3rd party receiving the complaint will share only the irregularity with Indo Nissin without disclosing any identification information and maintain complete anonymity of the complainant.
Important Note
- Whistleblowing should be based on reasonable belief and not on rumors or personal grievances/vendetta.
- This mechanism is established in line with applicable laws, corporate governance standards, and the company’s Code of Conduct.
